The processing of your above-mentioned data by us is carried out solely to ensure the proper execution and provision of the Company's services to you, as well as for the conclusion of private agreements or sales contracts, and for the issuance of the corresponding documents (receipts). Additionally, and only if you wish, we may process and store your contact details exclusively for promotional purposes, in order to send you updates about any promotional activities, provided you give your consent.
If you visit the company at our offices, we collect information related to facilitating your service, and solely for that purpose (first and last name). Additionally, in the context of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, you may be asked to present a vaccination certificate or proof of a Rapid Test upon entering the company’s offices.
We also inform you that the processing of your Data is carried out either by specially authorized personnel of the Company or, exceptionally, by third parties who, having contractually committed to confidentiality and the protection of your Data, perform tasks necessary to achieve purposes strictly related to the use of our website and the provision of our services to you. 3) Legal basis for the processing of your data
GREEN Properties Melakis processes your basic personal data solely for the proper and lawful provision of its services to you, as well as to facilitate your service. Therefore, your expression of interest and the provision of services to you in accordance with the purposes of our company constitute the legal basis for the processing of your data. Additionally, a legal basis for processing your data may also be any application you submit for the evaluation of applications and résumés for the purpose of employment within our Company.
